Born in 1996, Ali Özgür Kaya is a certified and accomplished Captain (500 GT, Reg II/3) with extensive experience on private and charter yachts up to 60 metres. He is fluent in Turkish and English and holds numerous maritime certifications including Yacht Master 500 GT, GMDSS, ECDIS, and ISM/ISPS compliance. With a strong background in navigation, safety, crew management, guest service, and technical oversight, he has successfully led vessels through international waters and major events. Based in Turkey, he is recognized for his leadership, operational efficiency, and shipyard project management.

Tevfik KARAKAYA

Born in 1989, Tevfik Karakaya is a seasoned and hands-on deck crew member with over 14 years of experience in the yachting industry. Holding a 149 GRT Yachtmaster license and STCW 78/95 certification, he has served in various roles including deckhand, mate, and dayworker on yachts up to 65 meters. Based in Fethiye, Turkey, he brings expertise in anchoring, tender driving, watchkeeping, cleaning, and polishing. İbrahim Samet COŞKUN

Born in 1997, İbrahim Samet Coşkun is an ambitious and highly capable maritime professional with experience ranging from Port Captain and Marine Surveyor to Chief Officer on superyachts. He holds 499 GRT and 149 GRT Yacht Master licenses, ROC certification, and extensive STCW qualifications. Fluent in Turkish and English, he has gained valuable navigation, shipyard, tender operation, bridge management, and deck leadership experience across Europe and the Adriatic Sea. He specializes in Asian, Italian, Mexican, Japanese, Mediterranean, and Thai cuisine, with strong skills in seafood fine dining, fresh breads, Italian desserts, canapés, crew meals, and galley shopping. Based in Bodrum, Turkey, he holds STCW certification and a culinary diploma, and is known for creating refined menus, managing galley operations, and delivering high-quality guest and crew dining experiences.
